Please contact us first by email (shop@smashskates.com) or by phone(01502 713888)to discuss how to go ahead with any returns. All returns must be made within 10 working days of initial receipt
For goods that are faulty/damaged/not as described and a replacement isn't available then a full refund will be given including all postage costs. For replacements you will be refunded for return postage costs.
If you wish to return goods for any other reason for refund then you will be liable for all postage costs. If you require an exchange then you are liable for return postage costs but will not be charged postage for the replacement goods. All goods must be in original, unworn/packaged condition with tags/boxes etc.
If we have gripped your deck or assembled a complete skateboard or any other components then the goods are no longer eligible for refund as they are no longer in original condition.

Please note: skateboard decks are not invincible. Any breakages caused by a bad landing (both feet in middle of deck/too much weight on tail or nose etc) will not constitute faulty goods and no returns will be accepted.⁞
